Our self-developed low-carbon alloy steel shot features a compact internal structure and uniform hardness, delivering 1.5–2 times longer wear life than ordinary high-carbon steel shot with a significantly lower breakage rate and less dust generation. Ideal for rust removal on steel structures and ship plates as well as workpiece surface strengthening, it thoroughly removes oxide scale and rust in one blasting pass, optimizes the surface metallographic structure, releases residual stress from casting and welding, improves fatigue resistance and extends workpiece service life, effectively reducing material costs and downtime for abrasive replacement.
